To wrap or unwrap that is often the question when it comes to BBQing and smoking. Do you wrap your Bristket or Beef Ribs? Pork Butt?
Butcher paper is great to use. Some people prefer to smoke their meats and not wrap it aka "Texas Crutch" . The truth is there is no right or wrong way when it comes to great BBQ. It all comes down to your tastes. I prefer to wrap and rest it in a cooler to pull all those savory juices back in. Don't forget to add the wagyu beef tallow when wrapping.
Another great use of your old used butcher paper is to use it as a fire starter.
There are plenty of options when it comes to butcher paper but this one comes in a dispenser box. If you don't have your own cutter then you may have experienced the roll.... You know when the butcher paper just rolls right off the table and onto the ground or floor. Normally this will result in about 5 foot of paper waste. The other issue is uneven tears when ripping the paper. These may not be to big of issues for you if you have a proper outdoor prepping station but if you don't this is a good buy right now at 30% off.
Of course if you have your own cutter or want to buy one you can always go with Amazon's #1 best selling butcher paper. It's also made in the USA.
